How long will my order take to arrive?

 


Delivery depends entirely on where you live in Australia.  We ship from our warehouse in Melbourne.  Depending on your location, delivery can take anywhere from 2 - 10 business days.  We use Fastway or Australia Post for our spare parts deliveries and TOLL Ipec for all trampolines.  Click here to see more information on delivery times.


What happens if I'm not home when my items arrive?

 


When placing your order, there is a comments section towards the end. It is in this comments section that you can say where you would like your items to be left if you are not home to accept them. For example: through side gate or at front door.


How do I figure out the shipping costs?

 


To find the cost for delivery for your trampoline, there is a calculator in the product to the right of the picture. Just simply enter your postcode.

We offer free delivery on all spare parts except for the spring pad cover. That is, unless the spring pad cover is purchased as an extra while ordering a jumping mat or safety net.


Can my order be delivered to a PO Box?

 


For spare parts order, yes, we can deliver to your PO Box because we use Auspost.  Trampolines cannot be delivered to PO Boxes as we use a large and bulky courier, not Auspost.
