The following videos will show you the steps needed to put your trampoline up quickly and easily. These short installation videos will be sure to save you a lot of time later!
A small number of customers can experience difficulty putting the top frame together of their spring trampoline. If you push both sides of the frame into the T piece, when you get to the last top rail piece, it can be slightly twisted.
Please follow the steps below to align the last top rail piece.
The last piece of the top rail does not line up with the T piece.
If you slide both sides of the frame fully into the T piece, when you get to the last T piece, the frame will not line up.
Take all the frame pieces out of the T pieces and follow the steps below.
Step 1: Lay out the frame pieces in a circle but do not slide them inside the T pieces yet
Step 2: Slide the larger square piece into the T piece only 2cm
Step 3: Slide the smaller square piece into the other side of the T piece 2cm as well. Do not slide them all the way together. Do this step for the remaining pieces of the top frame.
Do this step for the remaining pieces of the top frame.
Step 4: One at a time slide them all the way into the T piece. The two top rail pieces are male and female, they slide inside one another.
What happens if they don't slide into one another once I have done that?
Continue with the assembly and put the leg on. When you put your mat on, it will be under great tension and the top rail pieces will pop inside one another.
