I bought the 12 ft premier for my twins 5th birthday. Delivery was within 12 hours. Assembly was quite easy. I am a single mum in lockdown and help was unavailable but we did it ourselves. Boys LOVE IT. An excellent way to burn off energy. I'm not sure if it was a present to them or me now.

Very good, very stable. Easy to erect. No complaints at all. Only improvement would be if the basketball hoop that attaches was back in stock!

East to put together, not sure how people are having difficulty. Took me about an hour, had the wife's help for about 5 min putting the legs on the frame but the rest was done solo. The kids love it and there is plenty of padding for them.

Great Investment

My grandkids 8 & 3 love their trampoline (12ft) was their best Christmas present every they reckon. On it everyday and have a few friends enjoying it
too. My son and daughter-in-law put it together no trouble at all and the've had a few bounces themselves. Great fun to watch everyone enjoying themselves.

Delivery of TRAMPOLINES:

We deliver to all areas of Australia via national courier networks. To deliver your item they will need your:

Street address (not PO Box).

Your Mobile number.

An Authority To Leave (ATL) if you may not be home.

Included in your shipping price is one delivery attempt. If you are not home and have not left an authority to leave, the courier will take the trampoline back to their depot and you will need to collect it. If you call the courier and ask for a second delivery an additional $35 will need to be paid. Unfortunately the courier cannot call you prior to delivery.

We recommend that you advise a safe place to leave your trampoline if by chance you may not be home when they come. The courier will follow these instructions.

Delivery of SPARE PARTS:

We deliver to all areas of Australia via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. To deliver your item they will need your:

Street address (not just your PO Box if you have one).

Your Mobile number.

An Authority To Leave (ATL) if you may not be home.

Included in your shipping price is one delivery attempt. If you are not home and have not left an authority to leave, the courier will take the parcel back to their depot and you will need to collect it. Aussie Post deliveries your parcel will be at your local postoffice and fastway your parcel will be at the Fastway debot.

We arrange dispatch the next business day after you have paid for your item. Once we have shipped your item we will email you your tracking number and a link to track your item on the courier website.

Estimated Delivery times: Below times are estimates (they are not guaranteed delivery times) and can take longer in the Christmas period. It is recommended you order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Frame Construction:: 2mm thick Double Galvanised Steel. This means that the steel pipe has been through the galvanisation process and is galvalised inside and outside. This is an essential process to combat rust.
Frame Height:: 84cm off the ground. This measurement is from the ground to the top of the jumping frame.
