    A Frustrating Process

Posted by Tim on 5th Oct 2016

I wish i was able to write a review about the product but sadly I can't.
I placed an order back in Early August for a replacement net and mat for our 12ft trampoline as we were putting our property on the market and i wanted the kids to be safe while also having the trampoline presenting at it's best.
A week or so passed and the parcel arrived with the 12ft safety net and a 16ft safety pad. After explaining that they had sent the wrong pad I was told that a replacement 12ft pad was to be dispatched. Yep you guessed it, what turns up but another 16ft safety pad. After sending photos convincing Premier staff that they had sent the wrong pad again all the while restricting my kids time on the trampoline they convinced me that they would ensure that they would send the right pad and some bags to package the mats for a courier to pick them up. No sooner had the right mat turn up but they sent me a 16ft spring less mat instead of bags. Therefore it took me what seemed an eternity to get the correct pad, i have now got 3 incorrect items that i have to have sent back and don't start me on the debacle when it comes to having a courier pick the incorrect packages up..
All in all an extremely frustrating process and while the Premier people were as helpful as they could be under the circumstances, you'd have to ask some serious questions about their warehousing and dispatch process.

After an initial problem with receiving the wrong size of padding, I am very happy with this product and with the service from Premier. Excellent quality and looks like it will hold up well in the weather

The best way to be safe on a trampoline is to have a safety net. I guarantee you it's almost like a guardian angel ready to catch you when you fall!

    Safest as it can be

This is a must when you have your own trampoline. It's fairly inexpensive and it goes on easily with your trampoline from Premier. Will never go on it without this!
