Refund Policy

If you order the wrong size parts, absolutely, you can get a refund.

Every trampoline is made differently depending on where you bought it.

When ordering spare parts, it is very important that you check that your trampoline measurements match with the measurements of the spare parts we offer.

If you order the incorrect size of something, please wrap the item up and put a print out of your order inside the parcel . Once we have received the items back from you we are able to give you a refund. We charge a $30 restocking fee on all returned items.

Please take the time to measure your trampoline properly, if you do this and follow the steps on our product page to see if it will fit, you cannot get it wrong.
