If you have advised us where to leave your item if you are not home, those instructions will be followed. You will find your tracking number in the email we have sent you.

If you will not be home when the courier attempts delivery and you haven’t advised us where to leave your item, a calling card will be left and you will need to collect the item from your local post office.
