Thanks for purchasing our products. Your ordered items have left our warehouse with Toll Ipec.
KEY YOUR TRACKING NUMBER WE EMAILED YOU IN THE WINDOW BELOW JUST UNDER WHERE IT SAYS "Where is my consignment" and hit the Track Button.
If you have advised us where to leave your item if you are not home, those instructions will be followed. You will find your tracking number in the email we have sent you.
If you will not be home when the courier attempts delivery and you haven’t advised us where to leave your item, a calling card will be left and you will need to collect the item from their depot. If you book a re-delivery of your item, an additional $25 fee will apply as this is charged by our courier.
If you have any questions regarding the progress of your freight, please call Direct Freight, Customer Service Department on 1300 347 397. They will be able to assist you with tracking your item.

or those of you who have ordered installation with your order: We have contacted the installer to let them know that your trampoline needs to be installed. If your trampoline arrives and you haven't heard from the installer, please give Accompli a call on 1300 855 787 to arrange an installation date and time.
